Lets Talk About Grief is an ongoing group for newly bereaved persons which is geared toward learning the foundations of grief and coping. Held in Canon every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
New Chapter is an on-going ‘open’ group for those 18 and over whose loss is greater than 8 months, with a focus on self-identity and purpose. The group meetings are the first Thursday of the month from 5 to 6 p.m. Donation: $10.
