Suddenly Single

Join us for the first “Suddenly Single” class focused on Emotional Avoidance. Cook with our team of certified grief educators and discuss strategies to help with emotional avoidance.

Suddenly Single participants will receive a booklet with the recipe as well as grief and loss information. In addition, your registration fee covers the cost of food and an apron to take home.
