New Chapter

New Chapter: In life, we are often so busy with everyday tasks that we forget to take stock of who we are, what we are good at, and what is important to us.

This educational group has several times to choose on the first Thursday of the month. 11 a.m. – noon or 5-6 p.m. and the third Thursday of the month from 5-6 p.m.

It is designed to aid individuals whose loss is greater than 8 months past and focuses on self-identity and purpose.

There may be a fee to participate.
