Let’s Talk About Grief – For Kids

Sangre de Cristo Community Care’s Bereavement Unit is hosting a Let’s Talk About Grief for Kids group on the last Friday of every month from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Kids between the ages 6 and 12 are invited to participate in the interactive sessions to learn about grief and loss in a safe and friendly environment.

This session will include a workshop to create a bracelet with beads of courage to honor loved ones. Kids are encouraged to express their emotions and share their memories as they create their very own memory bracelet.
