(Pueblo, Colo.) — Sangre de Cristo Community Care welcomes Dr. Abner Fernandez as the new Medical Director.
Dr. Fernandez is board certified in Family Medicine and is fluent in both English and Spanish, which further expands access to care for all residents of the region.
“Dr. Fernandez is an exceptionally skilled and compassionate individual, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team,” said Sangre de Cristo Community Care CEO Melinda Egging.
“Dr. Fernandez has a remarkable understanding of the impact of serious and terminal illnesses on patients and their loved ones.
